There are thousands of blogs about making money on the Internet, but no one has time to read them all. So, why should you read MetaToast? This blog is aimed at people who are still early in the learning curve – beginners who have a goal to make some money with their websites. If that doesn’t sound like you then you probably shouldn’t read this blog.

So, why am I an authority on making money on the Internet? I’m not. I do however have several years experience at doing exactly that. I don’t make all of my living off of the Internet, and I probably never will, but I do make a significant part of my income from it – mostly in my spare time, and it allows me to have options that I might not have otherwise. The money that I make is not dependant upon my being a talented writer, because I’m not one.

The truth is that this blog is for me. Writing helps me to quantify and clarify what I’ve learned, and it helps to expose where I’m lacking.  The practice helps me to improve. And knowing that an audience is out there makes me try a bit harder.
